Inpatient programs help patients who are experiencing psychiatric, emotional, and substance abuse problems. With a holistic and multidisciplinary treatment approach, these programs help patients develop coping strategies that can result in lasting behavioral changes. Each treatment program is customized to the patient’s unique needs.
Inpatient acute care treatment and substance abuse programs help those who are experiencing behavioral, emotional and/or substance abuse problems. Because behavioral health issues vary with every patient, each inpatient psychiatric treatment program is tailored to meet each individual’s specific needs.
Individuals dependent on, abusing or addicted to alcohol, amphetamines, barbiturates, cocaine, narcotics, tranquilizers or prescription medications and other mind-altering chemicals are accepted for evaluation and treatment. Chemical dependency programs offer medically-monitored hospital inpatient detoxification. Continued treatment and rehabilitation is available through our residential treatment centers and intensive outpatient programs.
The partial hospitalization program is a comprehensive outpatient program that provides support and treatment for adults facing emotional or mental difficulties. PHP offers the programming features of inpatient care without the overnight hospital stay. The structured format provides physician oversight, therapeutic groups and activities. Since PHP participants return home in the evenings, they can maintain important links to their family and community.
The Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to provide a concentrated, time-limited, comprehensive therapeutic environment for the treatment of mental health and substance abuse issues. IOP group therapy is designed for those seeking tools and principles of recovery either as a step down from an inpatient or partial hospitalization setting, or simply someone needing treatment and support.
